Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Help Desk Operator located in Liverpool. The Help Desk Operator will be responsible for the day to day running of the Helpdesk. You will be responsible for deploying Engineers, scheduling work, organising work loads etc. You will be working as part of an established team across important government projects, exciting renovation projects, green initiatives and ground breaking work across various sectors.

 

 

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Taking incoming calls
  • Logging jobs on the system
  • Deploying jobs to Engineers
  • Admin / paperwork to keep the department organised
  • Scheduling reactive visit
  • Managing planned visits

 

Essential Skills

  • Previous Help Desk Support skills is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience working within Construction / Facilities Management industry is a plus
