The role:

This is a commercially focussed finance role, that sits within the senior management team within our Fujifilm Healthcare UK Ltd business. The Financial Controller will be responsible for the management of the commercial finance function within our Healthcare business as well ownership of the budgeting and forecasting process. It Is expected that the Financial Controller will support any M&A activity and additionally support the commercial functions with financial guidance and reviewing project budgets.


Person Requirements:

  • Qualified Accountant – CIMA/ACCA or equivalent essential.
  • Strong commercial experience, to include supporting deal reviews for large projects.
  • Previous exposure to M&A activity
  • Previous Treasury experience would be beneficial.
  • Strong experience of budgeting and forecasting process
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to organise work, prioritise tasks, and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously.
  • Ability to understand, interpret and communicate complex financial data to a range of audiences.
