Job Overview

Marks Sattin is seeking a highly skilled Group Financial Controller to join their team. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to the business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. You will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes to support business decision-making
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to the business, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements

  • ACA qualified or equivalent
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
