Job Title: Digital Director (FTC)


We are seeking a highly experienced *Digital Director* (Product Growth, b2c Subscription) to join a personal development & wellbeing content subscription business. They are dedicated to helping individuals achieve personal growth and self-understanding through workshops, webinars, blogs and more.


The organisation operates a digital platform that delivers content via an app and website, both of which you will manage so prior experience is essential. They have ambitious growth plans and want to grow from 20k to 100k subscribers over the next 3 years.


This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract starting ideally early September. It’s hybrid, 2 days per week in their central London office.


The Digital Director will:


  • Lead the growth of this content subscription business, including managing the website and mobile app
  • Lead and refine the overall digital strategy, incorporating new technologies and best practices to deliver an outstanding digital experience.
  • Develop and execute the product roadmap for our digital services, focusing on subscription growth and customer engagement.
  • Partner with the Head of Customer Marketing to devise and implement acquisition strategies, leveraging data and insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Manage the digital subscriptions P&L.
  • Lead a team comprising a Product Manager, Growth Manager, and Web & UX Manager
  • Oversee the tech stack and coordinate with key third-party vendors, ensuring seamless integration and performance.



The Digital Director should have:


  • 8+ years of experience in a technical and commercial role either at a start-up or fast-growing consumer facing business, managing b2c digital products
  • Experience in a subscription business is essential, preferably content subscription
  • A background in product management
  • Previously managed a small team


We are looking for this person to start early September.
