The opportunity
The PMO Analyst will provide an important role in the Value Creation PMO function, and the capabilities that function must provide both centrally to Group and across the many Azets businesses located across 8 different countries. This role will work diligently to ensure accurate programmatic information is curated, entered into the PMO toolset (Asana) and reported on in a standardised and timely fashion. You will be part of a centralised and dynamic PMO that is designed to identify, track and report on the Group’s value creation initiatives. These initiatives are of utmost importance to the most senior stakeholders including the Board. As such you must be a highly capable Analyst with an eye for detail and quality.
Day to day duties
PMO Administration:
- Ensure accurate information regarding all relevant projects and initiatives are received from the businesses and entered into the PMO tooling
- Instil project / initiative reporting regularity and best practice across the Azets businesses
- Provide accurate and high quality project, programme and portfolio reports suitable for senior stakeholders
- Support regular governance forums such as RAID, Planning and Updates
Performance Reporting:
- Work with the team to ensure the right data is in the tooling to drive KPI’s and produce accurate KPI reporting
- Work with the Businesses to capture ‘Goals’ in a standardised way to enable consistent reporting of progress (forecasts and actuals)
Team Player:
- Work cohesively with a dynamic, fast moving and distributed team
- Proactively support team members, identifying where additional capacity might be required
What are we looking for?
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, preferably Asana
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to work well as an individual and as a team
- Ability to take initiative
- Ability to support and encourage business stakeholders to provide the required updates and information that will drive the reporting cycles
