We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Senior Technical Writer to join our UK managed services team.


Role Responsibilities


  • Participates and interacts as a collaborative member in all project team meetings and suggests process improvements.
  • Facilitates documentation walkthrough meetings with project team members when needed.
  • Identify and engage subject matter experts and other resources as needed to develop proposal content and solutions.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise documentation for a variety of audiences.
  • Maintain editorial standards by ensuring high-quality documentation is produced.
  • Work closely with the sales team and other stakeholders to understand client requirements and develop proposal strategies that align with those requirements.
  • Coordinate and lead proposal reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Integrate graphics and illustrations to improve the quality and usability of the documentation.
  • Work collaboratively and effectively with others to promote innovative approaches and enhance productivity related to quality material development.
  • Write clear and concise documentation for different audiences, both technical and non-technical.
  • Continuously update and support internal knowledge base.


Who are we looking for?


  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • You should have a similar level of experience in technical writing.
  • This role requires excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.
  • Healthcare experience is a bonus but not required.
  • Advanced experience in a software development environment.


Working Arrangements


  • Standard work week or as defined by assignment requirements.
  • Up to 10% travel may be required.
  • Primarily works in standard office environment or remotely.
  • May require after-hours, on-call support and/or holidays.
  • On-call and after hours work during peak times including end of month/quarter/year; during this time PTO is limited to meet business needs.
