WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR


We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales & Studio Assistant to join our dynamic team, situated at our new London Clerkenwell Showroom. As the welcoming face of our brand, you'll play the important role of greeting clients and setting the tone for their experience. We're seeking someone with passion, energy, and a vibrant personality to make a lasting impression on our visitors.

This role requires you to be in the showroom 5 days a week


SALES SUPPORT / SHOWROOM CO-ORDINATOR


Showroom Duties:

·      Welcome and assist showroom visitors, give guidance to retail customers about our products.

·      Manage the showroom calendar, showroom appointment bookings, and events.

·      Assist in the day-to-day running of the office/showroom space, ensuring it is well stocked and presentable. 

·      Work closely with our marketing and design teams to assist where necessary.


Sales Support:

·      Oversee the sales ordering process, from enquiry to delivery, ensuring a high level of customer service throughout.

·      Answer initial customer enquiries via phone, email, and support them with information and advice.

·      Manage sales inbox, between UK, EU & USA, distributing emails to relevant territory. 

·      Create and distribute brochures and samples for prospective customers. 

·      Assist and support the Sales Manager in all aspects of sales operations.

·      Maintain and update CRM database with account details, project information and insights. 


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE


·      Outstanding customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.

·      Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within design, lighting, or luxury goods.

·      Consistently provide exemplary service levels to new and existing customers, going above and beyond wherever possible.

·      Exceptional organisational skills and great attention to detail.

·      Show initiative and be able to problem solve efficiently and independently.

·      Be an excellent communicator and collaborator.

·      A team-oriented mindset, willing to contribute to a small team and assist as needed.

·      Proficiency in IT tools such as Outlook / Word / Excel and experienced with invoicing systems such as Xero.

·      Proficiency in design software such as Adobe would be beneficial.
