We are excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for a 'Client Experience Manager' at a prestigious and iconic location in London's West End. As the 'Client Experience Manager', you will lead a team dedicated to delivering an outstanding client experience, setting industry standards, and driving client retention and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities of the 'Client Experience Manager':
- Lead and manage your team of 5 front of house executives to ensure top-notch business client experiences and lasting impressions.
-Commercial acumen, completing business tenant agreements and contracts.
- Manage team development, including performance reviews and 1-2-1 meetings.
- Drive overall business client / tenant retention, occupancy, P&L management, and targeted revenue.
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance the Net Promoter Score year on year.
- Create a hospitable environment and foster strong relationships with stakeholders.
-Demonstrate and promote company values daily for a collaborative work environment.
Essential Requirements:
-Experience in a similar position
- Host exceptional experiences for all building occupants.
- Nominate team members for recognition through the MCA awards scheme.
- Oversee building security, cleanliness, and event management planning.
