JOB DESCRIPTION :


After opening 8 shops in Japan, Hong-Kong and Taiwan in 2021 and 2020, Topologie opened its first flagship in Paris, rue du Temple. In 2024, Topologie aims to expand its European retail network by opening its first store in London, targeting the Spitalfield district. As a store manager, here are the missions that will be entrusted to you:


What’s the role about ?

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible behind our first store success in London. You’ll lead a passionate team, deliver an outstanding customer experience and oversee daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly. Your leadership will shape the store’s atmosphere and drive performance, creating a space where both customers ans team members thrive.


What you’ll be doing ?

Leadership & team Management :

  • Lead, motivate and develop a dynamic team of sales associates.
  • Set clear goals and provide ongoing feedback ans support to team members
  • Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that encourages growth and team work.

Customer experience:

  • Ensure exceptional service standards are met, creating memorable experiences for every customer.
  • Resolver any customer issues or complaints switch professionalisme and empathy.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer statisfaction and loyalty

Sales & Performance :

  • Drive sales and achieves store targets through effective leadership and operational excellence .
  • Analyze sales reports and key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Store Operations:

  • Oversee daily operations, including opening and cloning procedure, inventory management, visual merchandising
  • Manage stock levels, conducts regular inventory
  • Maintain store presentation to the highest standard, ensuring product displays are engaging and well organise;



What you’ll ideally bring to the role ?

  • Retail Experience: Background in retail management with a history of leading teams and hitting sales goals
  • Leadership: Strong ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Customer Focused: Commitment to outstanding customer service and creating a great shopping experience.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to understand sales data and trends to make smart decisions.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent at managing multiple tasks and paying attention to details.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Design Passion: Genuine interest in lifestyle and design, with a good eye for store presentation.
  • Problem Solving: Quick thinker who can solve problems effectively.

What qualifications are we looking for ?

  • Degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field is preferred but not essential.
  • Relevant certifications in retail management are advantageous.
