The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing store staff, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. The Store Manager will also be responsible for inventory management, scheduling, and implementing strategies to increase store profitability.
Position: Store Manager – Full Time
Location: London Westfield White City
Hours per Week: 40 (Permanent)
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience
- Manage and oversee all store operations, including sales, customer service, and staff management.
- Create and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals and targets.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving customer complaints on time.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including ensuring proper merchandising and display of products.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for stock replenishment as needed.
- Analyse sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Prepare and manage store budgets, including monitoring expenses and controlling costs.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar managerial role in a retail environment, preferably in the fragrance/Beauty industry. (Minimum 2 years in Store Manager role).
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet targets.
- Experience with inventory management and controlling costs.
- Knowledge of fragrance products and industry trends.
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
