About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our new store in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's business, including stock management, operations, and local commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Store Leadership: Day-to-day running of the store and team, ensuring a high level of customer service and a positive store environment.
  • Business Growth: Drive forward sales, KPIs, and company objectives, working closely with the line manager to achieve targets.
  • Operations Management: Complete tasks such as payroll, rotas, stocktakes, and weekly reports, ensuring the smooth operation of the store.
  • Event Management: Organize and support in-store and field events to promote the brand and work with partnering businesses.
  • Team Development: Recruit, develop, and mentor a team with a focus on training and education, ensuring a high level of employee engagement and retention.
  • Customer Experience: Provide the highest standard of customer experience in store, inspiring wellbeing and driving sales.
  • Sustainability: Proactively identify opportunities to contribute to the wellbeing of our people and planet, fundraise for our partnered charity through in-store events and/or brand partnerships.
  • Community Engagement: Lead and champion our community initiatives, providing inspiration and opportunities for volunteering, bettering the local community, and ensuring an inclusive environment.

Requirements:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual with a minimum of 2 years' experience managing a retail counter or store, ideally within the health and beauty industry. You will be a confident communicator who excels in using MS Office and Excel, with strong teamwork skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
