This is a remote role, which will scale with the growth of the company.


Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Direct interaction with clients seeking holidays and treatments across our wellness retreats
  • Providing the highest standard of customer service to all clients
  • Expert handling of sensitive health communications and healing inquiries related to detoxification, gut health, weight loss, beauty, anti-aging and more.
  • Exceeding service & sales performance targets across our KPIs
  • Responsible for managing customer inquiries across all channels
  • Coordinating quotations and itineraries for wellness programs
  • Offering exceptional service to patient’s throughout their wellness travel journey
  • Continuous research to stay on top of latest offers and trends
  • General travel advisory on country specific visa requirements
  • Providing leisure, tourism and cultural information for destinations
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement



Qualifications

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in travel and health & wellness tourism industries
  • Experience in a client-facing role in a health & wellness setting (preferred)
  • Strong interest in wellness travel and tourism
  • Strong sales acumen with proven results in meeting revenue goals
  • Exceptional relationship and rapport building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organised, methodical and able to juggle multiple priorities
  • Tech-savvy with experience of using customer relationship management tools
  • A learning mindset with a flexible, confident can-do attitude
  •  Willingness to go above and beyond the core duties to support the growth of the company


Education:

  • Travel and tourism qualification diploma or bachelors degree (preferred)
