Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing and Sales Support Manager at ImpactSOS. The role involves tasks such as managing sales operations, providing customer service support, analysing data, and optimising communication strategies to drive sales growth.


Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills and Sales Operations proficiency
  • Customer Service and Communication expertise
  • Solid understanding of Sales strategies
  • Experience in Marketing and Sales support
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of social value sector is a plus
  • Previous experience in social value sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Build relationships with Senior Social Value Representatives, Local Authority Representatives, and Central Government
  • Experience applying for local and national grants for events and/or technical applications is a plus
  • Good knowledge of social value events in UK is a plus
  • Helping us improve our local needs analysis tool as a team with ideas for new data to ingest into our tool to provide to councils and companies with better local needs assessment information (nhs, dfe, ons)
