Business Process Analyst – (Lean Sigma) - £52,000


UK-leading critical infrastructure client now requires a Business Process Analyst to improve their overall operational effectiveness by supporting the simplification and standardisation of their end-to-end business processes.


The Business Process Analyst will be achieving this through evaluating, designing, and measuring their current business processes and making sure that outcomes are optimised and efficient.


The Business Process Analyst will have the following responsibilities:

· Document current business processes through “AS-IS” Mapping and capture pain points against them.

· Measuring process performance through Data Analysis

· Analyse business processes and identify root causes to support problem statements.

· Organise process improvement activities and facilitate cross-functional workshops.


The ideal Business Process Analyst will have the following skills/experience:

· Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodology

· Extensive Experience in Data Analysis and Microsoft Excel

· Strong Customer Service Orientation

· Process Analysis and Mapping Experience

· Familiarity with Project Delivery Methodologies (e.g., Prince, Agile, or Scrum)

· Excellent Interpersonal Skills


The Business Process Analyst will be working very closely with other Business Process Specialists and will be reporting directly to the Head of Business Process Improvement.


This is a hybrid position based in Hull so you will be expected to be onsite 3 days a week.


The salary for this position is a basic up to £50K + an excellent package.
