**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyse existing manufacturing and fabrication processes to identify areas for optimisation and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate proposed process improvements.
- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime and maximize production output.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and technical specifications.
- Provide technical support and training to ensure successful implementation of process improvements.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source and evaluate new equipment and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies related to health, safety, and environmental protection.

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
- Knowledge of manufacturing and fabrication processes, equipment, and materials.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment is preferred but not required.
