Senior Project Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Analyst to join our Supply Chain Operations Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering digital transformation projects that drive competitive advantage and efficiency by reducing costs, improving delivery performance, and creating value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements gathering and analysis to identify improvement opportunities and project scope
  • Project prioritization and roadmap development for the Operations & Logistics digital transformation
  • Day-to-day project management, including running workshops with operational and technical stakeholders
  • Translation of business requirements into technical solutions, working with the Digital team on delivery
  • End-to-end implementation of data analytics and digital tools within Logistics Operations, using data to deliver business improvements and create value

Requirements:

  • Supply Chain / Logistics experience and knowledge
  • Experience in using one or more of: SQL, Python, Data Visualisation Platform (Tableau, Power BI etc)
  • Hands-on experience of completing complex data analysis to inform business decisions
  • Experience working as a business analyst / project engineer in the Supply Chain / Logistics sector
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Systems such as ERP/MRP, Control Tower/Connected Supply Chain Systems
  • Working knowledge and experience of Logistics systems including MRP / ERP, warehouse management, data management and simulation
  • Understanding of automotive or other supply chains and material flow principles
  • Experience in use of lean and agile business improvement
  • Ability to conduct detailed business process mapping / analysis and identify improvement opportunities, supported by data
  • Experience of working with complex databases and confident working with disparate data sources (structured and unstructured)
  • Track record of performing structured analysis of data and presenting outcomes to both technical and non-technical audiences

What We Offer:

An excellent contract per-hour rate of £31.26, hybrid working with a minimum of 2/3 days per week in office, and the opportunity to work with a collaborative company in the Warwickshire area.
