Operations Support Coordinator

We are seeking a UK-based position to provide operational support and coordination. Our primary challenge is bridging the gap between our European business team and IT services (Applications, Infrastructure, End User Computing). This role will:

  • involve providing metrics and data to EU business and relevant IT stakeholders.
  • ensure seamless integration of our EU business with our support model, including service desk operations and routine processes.
  • liaise with Operations leaders in the U.S. and offshore


Qualifications:

  • 5-6 years of experience in operational support and coordination roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide detailed metrics and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with IT services, including Applications, Infrastructure, and End User Computing.
  • Proven ability to work effectively across different time zones and cultures.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
