The Reservations Manager will build excellent knowledge of our brands, and is the pivotal point of contact for all head office departments, working closely with marketing to ensure precision communication of campaigns and activations to the team, finance to support with reconciliation queries, sales to ensure a smooth consistent approach across the department and operations to ensure that the guest experience translates smoothly from office to restaurant. As an expert relationship builder, you will build relationships with BDM’s, GM’s and the Ops team both in London and regionally and have direct experience of line managing a team.
