This role bridges ecommerce and in-store media, working closely with local markets.Tasks and responsibilities:Develop and execute retail media activation plans across major bricks-and-mortar and online retailers (Boots, Superdrug, Tesco, Bol.com, Rossman, etc.).Develop joint business plans (JBPs) to drive retailer media activity in partnership with local markets to deliver both short-term sales uplift and long-term shopper engagement.Partner with local ecommerce and shopper marketing teams to ensure retail media investment aligns with commercial priorities and global playbooks.Analyze and report media performance and ROI, connecting media spend to sales growth and category performanceExplore offline retail media opportunities (e.g. digital screens, point-of-sale activations, loyalty programs) and integrate with digital retail media for omnichannel campaignsCollaborate with global markets to share best practices, develop metrics, and contribute to the evolution of the global retail media strategyPartner with Digital Shel and Ratings & Reviews managers to connect wider strategy ensuring product pages convert the traffic generated from retail ads.Competencies required:Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience with digital commerce, shopper marketing or media within FMCG/CPGExperience working with retailer media platforms and tools (Tesco Media & Insight, Boots Media Group, Amazon Ads, Citrus ads, Criteo etc.).You have a no nonsense and can-do mentality, and you are a team player eager to learn and share with local and international colleaguesCross-market experience; comfortable navigating cultural and operational differences across Europe and the US.Personal Characteristics:Excellent relationship building and collaboration ability. Strong communicator with good presentation skillsSelf-motivated, energetic, positive & flexible. Focused on deliveryCalm under pressure and comfortable with ambiguityGood planning and prioritization skillsAnalytical & objectiveAligned with, and able to demonstrate Karo values - Challenge, Act, Connect, CareAbility to drive several parallel projects and to mix strategy and tactics
