**CIM **is recruiting for a **Marketing Coordinator** to join the Brand and Marketing Communications (B&C) team.

About the role*
In this role, you will be involved in marcomms planning and campaign execution that drives relevance and appeals to CIM customers and prospects. As the Marketing Coordinator, you’ll work closely with your team of three and play an integral part in delivering key marketing activities.
- Hybrid working is fully embedded in CIM's company culture, currently 2 days office based and 3 days remote per week. The B&C_ team follow a model of both onsite and remote working, prioritising collaboration and communication, and to help us stay connected we use Microsoft Teams._

In a typical day, you might: *
- Support your team to deliver marketing campaigns
- Drive a customer focused approach to marcomms planning
- Work with your team to execute campaigns across multiple channels, managing budgets, timings and briefing documentation to creative concepts and copy approval
- Work with cross-departmental teams to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, driving optimisation
- Keep on top of new developments and trends to improve our marketing activities

For this role, you’ll need: *
- Evidence of experience in marketing communications, ideally with campaign planning
- Passionate about marketing
- Confidence in communicating with others and able to build good relationships
- Customer focused and results driven, able to spot opportunities
- A proactive and autonomous attitude, able to work with cross-departmental teams
- The ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple campaigns
- An analytical mind with an insight-driven approach
- Attention to detail is important
- Experience in proofreading
- A willingness to learn and develop your skills
- Educated to degree-level or of similar calibre
- Ideally, CIM qualified or a willingness to study further
