**Job Description**:
**About This Role**
As Marketing and Contracts Associate, you will support the marketing and market access team in planning and managing internal and external delivery of projects and submissions to ensure the effective delivery against defined objectives. In this role you will also work as part of the BBU (Biosimilar's Business Unit) leadership team to support additional cross functional objectives as required.
**What You’ll Do**
**Overall BBU Leadership Team Support**:
- Supports the BBU Head in managing and scheduling engagements across the BBU
- Supports in management of leadership team calendar; uses own discretion to rearrange / reschedule meetings as required
- Attends BBU Leadership teams as a core contributor and to assist in actions and process management
- Arranges and plans large, complex meetings and seminars
- Arranges and selects meeting locations, coordinates scheduling with external attendees
- Conducts contingency planning; arranges agendas; prepares meeting materials etc.
**Wider Business Unit Support**
- Ensure effective supplier engagement and management through creation of work orders, preparation of Scope of Work Agreements, One Time Service Agreements and Amendment Agreements. Managing the onboarding process of new vendors with Oracle & VRM Systems
- Manage all administrative aspects of the ESE Engagement process; working in collaboration with the Engagement Owner to ensure HCPs and HCOs have purchase orders and contracts in place as per S&G guidelines. Raise request for payments and complete all responsibilities associated with the closing of the engagement
- Manage the F&S Tracker, monitoring open purchase orders and completing the month end receipting process
- Manage the filing of fully executed BBU agreements by adding to the Determine Tool
**Contracts Management**
To support the Sales and Commercial BBU and National Market Access Manager in the submission and management of contracts to ensure delivery of the business goals. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supports the National Market Access Manager in monitoring contract performance form UK and IRE awarding authorities highlighting exceptions and assisting in the development of action plans
- Supports in the creation, maintenance and evaluation of monitoring and records systems
- Ensures contracts process refinements are captured and supports a culture of continual improvement
- Engages externally with appropriate customers within contracting bodies to ensure effective engagement and query resolution/ clarification whilst ensuring compliance with the contracting legislation and procedures
- Monitors timelines to ensure timely review, amends and submissions in partnership with the National Market Access lead
- Works across the UK business (BBU and Originator) in support of these goals
**Marketing**
To support the marketing team in the delivery of the national marketing strategy, take on projects as defined by the Associate Director of Marketing and work with the team to ensure adherence to Biogen processes and standards. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Materials management:
- Stock monitoring and stock ordering to ensure that we don’t run out of materials both field and patient materials
- Managing the agency to deliver re-prints
- Managing the materials warehousing agency to co-ordinate materials delivery and stock deliveries
- Managing and monitoring the withdrawal of materials coordinating the withdrawals and replacement and ensuring that they are done compliantly
- Engage with external agencies to ensure effective and compliant delivery of tasks
- Additional responsibilities to be delivered in partnership with BBU Intern:
- ** **Management of the BBU active materials tracker, ensuring it is accurate and up to date including asset lifecycle management and reporting through 30 day release material expiry report and engagement with material owners for them to action
- Materials management to ensure compliance with internal and external governance standards included release, API updates and hard copy filing of final formed materials
- Support the homecare companies regarding patient materials
- Project delivery:
- Lead the development and delivery of identified projects in partnership with internal and external stakeholders as required both in time and in budget

- Working with team members within BBU to support the Organisation of cycle meetings during the year
**Qualifications**:
**Required Skills**:
- Experience of engaging and working with external and internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time and in budget
- Ability to work as part of a team and across a matrix organisation
- Experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry is an advantage
- Proven track record in leading projects and initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to build strong collaborativ
