A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the team of a highly focused research-driven pharmaceutical company. Our client are looking for a talented Medical Operations Associate, this is an interim 12 month contract, based in Maidenhead with two days workingremotely. You will be rewarded with a handsome salary plus many other benefits.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as primary point of contact for affiliate publication activities publication planning (annual publication plan) incl. budget planning tracking of publication activities and reviewing publication plan regularly
- Install and maintain an affiliate publication system to be used by all publication leads (Therapeutic Area Medical Advisors and Market Access Managers) and provide guidance and direction to department and publication leads and third party medical writers
- Organise and perform regular trainings on publication process, including initial training during onboarding of new medical staff.
- Maintain current awareness of and serve as resource to publication managers and external authors on good publication practices and company procedures and policies.
- Initiate, monitor and manage affiliate publication activities and oversight of publication management by being responsible for the operational aspects of publication development.
- Assure conduction of regular medical staff trainings on publication process.
- Ensure awareness of restrictions in publication process for nonmedical, commercial functions.
- Responsible for partnering with the assigned affiliate Medical Teams to project manage study related critical documents for Clinical Research.
- Monitoring of study deliverables for internal teams whilst maintaining a seamless and effective line of communication between the company and health professionals.
- Collaborates to provide solutions to meet clinical research milestones.
- Drive the tracking and approvals for timely drug supply to investigator sites

**About You**:

- Science degree essential (or other degree if worked in pharmaceutical company or other healthcare related)
- Excellent written and spoken communication and presentation skills including communication
- Computer and software knowledge like MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Strong commitment to compliance with the relevant rules and procedures, and to scientific quality and integrity
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach, able to develop and support relationships across an organisation.
- Project Management Skills
- The ability to work in a fast paced, high pressured environment.
- The capacity to identify problems quickly and overcome them.
- The ability to consistently pay attention to detail
