We are partnering with a globally leading full service agency, based in central London to find a top Social Account director to join one of the teams focused on a key FMCG client.


The Role:

As a Social Account Director, you'll be at the forefront of social media marketing for one of their their prestigious clients. You'll lead and deliver impactful campaigns across various platforms, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with a talented team of creatives and strategists.


We are looking for someone with experience working delivering full end to end campaigns within one of the larger agencies and understand the type of workflow within a large agency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a range of social media projects, ensuring quick turnaround times and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, building trust and exceeding expectations.
  • Create engaging and effective social content that drives performance and aligns with brand goals.
  • Collaborate closely with production, project management, and creative teams to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
  • Ensure all work adheres to brand guidelines and meets quality standards.
  • Manage project finances, estimates, and client POs.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media account management, with a strong understanding of various platforms and their best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with a focus on organization, time management, and attention to detail.
  • A passion for social media marketing and a creative mindset.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong commercial acumen and understanding of budgets.
