Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Corporate Secretariat team with the Annual General Meeting, including the preparation of documents and meeting logistics;
  • Supporting with the drafting and production of the Annual Report; and striving for continuous improvement and support the team in driving forward the Corporate Secretariat function and agenda.
  • Assisting with the preparation of board and committee papers. And taking ownership of the Sustainability Committee
  • Supporting the administration of share plans and dividends.
  • Providing administrative support for corporate transactions.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate secretarial matters.


Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a company secretarial role within a listed environment or from a professional services environment having worked with listed clients is highly desirable.
  • A thorough understanding of the Companies Act and corporate governance best practices.
  • ICSA qualification would be very advantageous.
