R&G Fluid Power Group Ltd, located in Preston, is the parent company of several industrial, sealing, hydraulic, and pneumatic solutions companies in the UK. With unrivalled expertise and experience in fluid power products and systems, we provide exceptional customer service supported by a vast stock-holding of products.
Role Description
This is a contract on-site role for a Trainer at R&G Fluid Power Group Ltd across multiple locations throughout the UK. The Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training in HR related modules to line managers throughout the organisation. Having experience in being a HR Generalist will assist in this position and real life examples that relate to the industry will help to embed knowledge and understanding for our people.
The 12 month contract will be part time, 3 days per week, but we also remain open to alternative suggestions.
Qualifications
- Training & Development, Training, and Coaching skills
- Generalist Human Resources (HR)
- Communication skills
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Driving license essential
