HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our People team and support staff in navigating their careers within Agility Resourcing. As a medium-sized business with over 100 staff, we need someone to effectively lead the HR function while instilling our company values in all we do to help our employees achieve their best.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the HR team in a collaborative approach, ensuring they are always working towards excellence.
- Act as the senior consultant for complex HR matters, overseeing general casework to build the HR team's confidence in internal matters.
- Liaise with company directors to adapt to changes within the structure and handle recruitment drives as needed to maintain business operations.
- Coach line managers and staff on current HR practices, utilizing your experience and confidence in people skills to ensure all policies and procedures are effective.
- Take the lead on ad-hoc work, such as overseeing projects within the HR function, sourcing external workshop providers, delivering training sessions, and implementing new HRIS to boost efficiency.
- Oversee the employee lifecycle, from coordinating inductions for new starters to exit interviews and handovers.
- Demonstrable experience in a HR management role, with a proven track record of managing casework and advising on Employee Relations issues at an intermediate level.
- Effective building of rapport and working relationships with staff across levels to ensure access to proper support.
- Ideal CIPD qualification or demonstrable experience in HR across Employee relations matters, internal recruitment, and policy implementation.
- Ability to lead and engage staff to be the best they can be, while championing company values.
