LoveAdmin is an established, energetic, fast-growing SaaS company, delivering advanced management software to hundreds of sports clubs and children activty across the UK.We provide smart online services that take the pain and hassle out of admin and payments - in short, we help make our customers’ lives easier and their organisations more profitable.We’re based in Brighton Marina in our modern, open-plan office. We’re surrounded by cafes, restaurants, shops and bars, and we’re right next to the busy yacht harbour.Now, we’re seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. The SDR will play a critical role in driving our sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers. This role offce based role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sport, sales, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to progress a career in sales.Key Responsibilities:Prospect and generate interest: Utilise various tools, channels and tactics to identify and drive top-of-funnel engagementQualify leads: Engage with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and fit with our product. Qualify leads through discovery calls and ensure they meet our ideal customer profileNurture relationships: Build and maintain relationships with potential customers by providing personalised valuable insights, answering questions, and keeping them engaged throughout the SDR sales processCollaborate with account executives: Work closely with the AEs to transition qualified leads and provide detailed background information to ensure a smooth handoffTrack and manage data: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and prospect interactions in our CRM system (HubSpot)Achieve and exceed targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualification. Continuously strive to improve performance and achieve personal and team goalsExperience1-2 years of experience in a solution selling role (ideally tech)Understanding of grassroots sports and / or kids activity space a preferenceSkills:Strong written communication and interpersonal skillsProven solution selling skillsExcellent phone and email etiquetteProficient in using CRM software (ideally HubSpot)Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical conceptsSelf-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independentlyAI familiarAttributes:Results-driven and goal-orientedResilient with an adaptable approachCurious and eager to learnTeam player with a positive attitudeOrganised with a keen attention to detail
