Location: Central Scotland
The Food Industry is very fast paced, demanding, and constantly developing, therefore the people the company looks to join them must have a great personality and the drive to exceed the customers’ expectations. A new vacancy has arisen to join the company’s senior team, the role available is a Production Director and is situated in Central Scotland.
Key Responsibilities
- Staff management – Assigning roles, training, succession planning etc
- KPI Driven
- Quality and waste management

- Continuous improvement of process, equipment and people
- Optimization of efficiency and productivity
