This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Senior National Account Manager or an experienced National Account Controller who is ready for a fresh challenge. In a medium-small environment, you will play an influential role and make a visible impact – perfect for someone who would like to move away from a more corporate environment.
About the Role:
As National Account Controller, you’ll manage and maintain relationships with major grocery accounts, leveraging the brand’s story to create strong connections and drive growth. Your role will involve both strategic vision and hands on responsibility, giving you the autonomy to make key decisions and shape the direction with each account.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's values and growth objectives
- Strengthen partnerships with major grocery retailers
- Lead negotiations, promotions, and JBP's to maximise opportunities and ultimately profitability
- Work closely with cross-functional teams internally on brand marketing and category management
- Deliver accurate forecasts and performance reports
- Present internally and externally with customers
Who You Are:
- An experienced Senior National Account Manager or Controller with a passion for food brands and a background managing major grocery retailers
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering results in a collaborative, hands-on role
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and ready to contribute tangible value in a smaller business
- Comfortable with both strategy and execution, with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
