We have a brilliant opportunity for an Executive Chef, specifically aligned to our prestigious corporate client, responsible for six sites spanning across London, Bournemouth, Dublin, Edinburgh, and Luxemburg. Our client, a global financial institution, have roots tracing back to 1799. One of their core principles is to deliver exceptional client service and that’s exactly what we expect from you


We are looking for someone who is a real foodie and understands the importance of strategizing and delivering an incredible food offering. We want someone who can take people on a memorable journey, bring a wealth of knowledge and experience, and ensure the service is exceptional


The Executive Chef role is an extremely hands on role although dynamic, so you won’t be afraid to get involved. You will have outstanding stakeholder management, be a team player, creative, create amazing dishes and lead from the front.

A day in the life of an Executive Chef:

  • Support the onsite culinary teams with delivery of the global food programme
  • Take ownership and accountability of operational food management and financial performance.
  • Challenge the status quo to drive an outstanding provision.
  • Lead your team to success, regular reviews, training, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Provide sustained, innovative, and continuous menu improvement across the EMEA locations
  • Measure key stakeholder and customer satisfaction, with a scope to proactively improving.
  • Work closely with the Global culinary and marketing leads to develop and create wonderful food experiences
  • Be accountable for the implementation of schemes including new launches, new products, procedures, and menu specifications, ensuring they fit within the quality and requirements of the client
  • Develop good commercial relationships with suppliers, ensuring receipt of service and quality levels required to obtain the highest financial return
  • Complete relevant administration and due diligence in the time frames required.
  • Be accountable for the management and delivery of overall budget food subsidy, including GP & labour costs, providing management information for the clients.
  • Deliver both company and legal legislative Health & Safety and Food Safety requirements
  • Drive a consistent high standard of food offers for all users
  • Be an ambassador for the culinary teams


You'll be set up for success if you have:

  • Experience operating as an Executive Head Chef within the high end contract catering sector and fine dining.
  • A natural passion for food, with the ability to drive strategic, innovative menu design.
  • Food impact on global climate & sustainability
  • Flexible and punctual, this role will require travel across locations
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate the teams around you.
  • Strong communication skills, manage cross functional stakeholder relationships and drive engagement.
  • Ability to plan and manage time effectively and proactively
  • Clear vision for the future
  • Food and Health and Safety Regulations, Allergens and Calorie Law
