What You Need
Must be able to commute to the Woking office, as it is not accessible via public transport. You should be enthusiastic about working alongside a supportive, successful team that is making waves in the industry.

The Role
To help you thrive, the company offers a structured six-month graduate training program designed to develop the skills you need to become a high-earning recruiter. Training is tailored to suit your learning style, and you’ll be recruiting in the same markets as more experienced team members. You'll learn through observation, shadowing, and direct experience.
Key Details
- Your first six months will focus on candidate sourcing to help you understand the sector, build confidence, and grow your own network.
- The company invests heavily in technology, spending over £100,000 annually to ensure you have everything you need to succeed.
- The role offers flexible hours with a hybrid working model—four days in the office and one day from home.
- Your growth and job satisfaction are top priorities for the leadership team.
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting salary between £26,000 and £28,000
- 40% commission for 360 consultants and £500 per deal for resources, starting from day one
- 30 days of holiday, plus bank holidays, and three weeks off during Christmas

Application Process
The interview process involves 2-3 stages, including a video call and an in-person meeting with the team. Applicants must be based in the UK and able to work in Woking four days a week.
