As they embark on an exciting growth phase, they are offering three Trainee Recruitment Consultant positions. Must be able to commute to the Woking office, as it is not accessible via public transport. Specializing in the finance, accounting, and HR sectors, they place candidates at all levels. This is an exciting chance for graduates with big aspirations to join a fresh, engaging business model. To help you thrive, the company offers a structured six-month graduate training program designed to develop the skills you need to become a high-earning recruiter. Training is tailored to suit your learning style, and you’ll be recruiting in the same markets as more experienced team members. Your first six months will focus on candidate sourcing to help you understand the sector, build confidence, and grow your own network.
The role offers flexible hours with a hybrid working model—four days in the office and one day from home.
Compensation and Benefits
~ 30 days of holiday, plus bank holidays, and three weeks off during Christmas

Creative, with an interest in podcasts, events, and video content
Entry-level applicants are welcome, as the focus is on attitude, potential, and a drive to succeed. The interview process involves 2-3 stages, including a video call and an in-person meeting with the team.
