Are you ready to embark on a dynamic career journey in recruitment? At Entry Point Recruitment, we're seeking a talented Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Woking. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll be part of a fast-paced and innovative recruitment start-up that's revolutionizing the industry with its cutting-edge technology and human-centric approach.
About the RoleAs a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent in the finance, accounting, and HR sectors. You'll work closely with our experienced team to develop your skills and knowledge, and you'll have the opportunity to learn from hands-on leaders and gain skills beyond your experience.
What We Offer- A structured six-month graduate training program designed to develop your skills and knowledge
- A competitive starting salary between £26,000 and £28,000
- 40% commission for 360 consultants and £500 per deal for resources, starting from day one
- 30 days of holiday, plus bank holidays, and three weeks off during Christmas
- Private health insurance
- MacBook and necessary hardware provided
- You must be able to commute to the Woking office, as it is not accessible via public transport
- You should be enthusiastic about working alongside a supportive, successful team that is making waves in the industry
- You should be passionate about recruitment and sales roles with commission-based earning potential
- You should be confident, unafraid to try new things, and comfortable speaking with senior professionals
- You should be coachable and eager to learn from feedback
- You should be proactive, with a natural ability to make things happen
- You should be creative, with an interest in podcasts, events, and video content
- You should be humble, with no ego—just a strong work ethic and ambition
The interview process involves 2-3 stages, including a video call and an in-person meeting with the team. Applicants must be based in the UK and able to work in Woking four days a week.
