Job Title: Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and candidates within the STEM sectors.

About the Role:

As an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full 360 recruitment process, from sourcing jobs and candidates to arranging interviews and managing the offer process. You will also identify and attract outstanding candidates through various techniques, build long-lasting client relationships, and develop your sales skills through coaching and training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, vetting, and placing candidates
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Requirements:
  • University degree in any subject (not essential)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and results-driven approach to work
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive and fast-paced environment
  • Resilience and tenacity to handle rejection
