About the Role:


As the Reception & Club Manager, you will be the welcoming face of this sophisticated space, creating memorable experiences for members and guests. You’ll oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly in both the indoor and outdoor areas. From handling member inquiries with charm and professionalism to ensuring flawless event setups, this hands-on role gives you the chance to demonstrate your leadership and organisational skills, while maintaining the club’s dynamic, collaborative atmosphere.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a warm, exceptional welcome and service to all members and guests.
  • Oversee the daily operations of both indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces.
  • Proactively address member and guest inquiries, ensuring outstanding satisfaction.
  • Foster an inviting, inclusive atmosphere where members feel at home.
  • Assist with event setups, clean-ups, and step in wherever necessary to maintain high standards.
  • Manage administrative tasks efficiently, with strong proficiency in IT systems.
