Role: Head of Business Transformation & Enablement

Location: Predominantly remote with fortnightly travel to Manchester (Tuesday / Wednesday)

Salary: up to £120,000 + bonus

Having scaled over the past few years, they are now putting a real focus on their technology, looking to improve their operational efficiencies and leveraging emerging tech solutions 🌴✨


They are now on the lookout for a Head of Business Transformation & Enablement to join their Product & Technology team. This is a brand new role to lead the transformation of business operations through cutting-edge technology, automation, and AI. You’ll indetntify areas to implement innovative tools and processes that bring automation to the business and empower teams to work smarter and deliver exceptional customer experiences. . 🤖💻


This role is perfect for a visionary technologist with a strong understanding of emerging technologies who thrives at the intersection of business operations and technology


Your Responsibilities


🛠 Team Development & Delivery:

  • Simplify and enhance existing tools, improving efficiency and customer experience.
  • Lead the migration from bespoke platforms to modern, SaaS solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and implement no/low-code solutions.
  • Oversee technical design and development of new services.


📈 Strategic Leadership:

  • Create and implement a forward-thinking strategy for automation and tooling.
  • Champion the adoption of AI and modern technologies across the business.
  • Manage relationships with third-party technology providers.
  • Develop training initiatives to encourage self-service across teams.
  • Stay ahead of emerging tech trends to continually improve our operations.
