MCG Talent are partnered with an international communications agency who are working on a large construction project in Saudi Arabia.


This position will be to lead on the internal communications for a segment of that project, it will be based in Dubai with travel to Saudi involved.'


Role will include accomodation, food and travel expenses plus healthy salary package.


Description


  • Establish an internal communications strategy in conjunction with senior managers
  • Ensure organisational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders
  • Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as a staff intranet, monthly magazine or regular email bulletin. You may also be required to work on the layout of content
  • Keep clients abreast of progress and answer their questions
  • Manage and support other members of the internal communications team team
  • Draft messages or scripts from senior executives for presentation to employees in written or spoken form
  • Ensure internal communication messages are consistent with external communication messages
  • Handle the internal communication response to crisis situations which affect organisational perception and reputation



Requirements


  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in an internal communication and/or employee engagement role.
  • Possesses outstanding oral and written communications skills including superior writing, grammar, editing and proofreading skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to think analytically and develop solutions that meet the business needs of the firm.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently deliver high quality results on-time and on-budget.
  • Highly motivated, persuasive, priority-driven and collaborative.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in small and large groups.
  • Consistently demonstrates strong business acumen and judgment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
