The Communications Manager will support the communications team in developing and executing a comprehensive communications strategy. This role involves managing a variety of internal and external communications projects to enhance the company’s brand, engage stakeholders, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.


-Develop, execute, and evaluate external communications plans and projects to protect and enhance our client’s reputation.


-Develop, execute, and evaluate internal communications plans and projects to ensure associates are informed and engaged.


-Oversee and manage the company’s various communication channels, owning and curating content that is consistent with tone of voice, messaging, and branding.


-Coordinate and oversee the production of communication materials, including annual reports, presentations, and marketing collateral.


-Plan and execute internal and external events including trade exhibitions and conferences.


-Assist in managing communications during crisis situations to protect the company’s reputation.


-Be a brand guardian, advising and ensuring adherence to company brand guidelines.


-Manage the communications team supplier and agency partnerships, setting clear objectives and KPIs, as per processes.


-Live and demonstrate behaviours that drive a positive values-based culture.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Adaptability and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using communications tools and platforms such as content management systems, graphic design platforms (preferably Canva) and social media and scheduling systems.
