Job Title: Head of Corporate Communications

Fujifilm Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Corporate Communications to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective corporate communications strategies to support the company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive corporate communications plans to engage stakeholders, build brand awareness, and drive business results.
  • Lead a team of communications professionals to provide strategic counsel and support to business leaders, ensuring consistent messaging and brand representation across all channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement crisis communications plans, ensuring timely and effective response to internal and external issues.
  • Manage and maintain the company's website, social media, and other digital channels to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, investors, and customers, to build and maintain a positive reputation for the company.
  • Provide strategic counsel and support to business leaders on communications-related matters, including media relations, crisis communications, and reputation management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in corporate communications, with a proven track record of developing and executing effective communications strategies.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading a team of communications professionals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
