Reporting to the Head of Communications, you will play a vital role in developing and executing a comprehensive communications strategy that elevates Venator's brand presence and strengthens stakeholder engagement.
Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Crafting and implementing internal communications plans and projects to ensure our associates are well-informed and actively engaged.
- Developing and executing external communications strategies to safeguard and enhance Venator's reputation within the industry.
- Overseeing and managing Venator's diverse communication channels, ensuring consistent messaging and adherence to brand guidelines across all platforms.
- Coordinating the production of compelling communication materials, including annual reports, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Planning and executing impactful internal and external events, such as trade exhibitions and conferences.
- Providing crucial support during crisis situations, safeguarding Venator's reputation through effective communication strategies.
- Acting as a brand ambassador for Venator, guiding colleagues on maintaining brand consistency and adherence to established guidelines.
- Managing relationships with communications suppliers and agencies, setting clear objectives and performance indicators aligned with Venator's processes.
- Embracing and promoting a positive values-based culture within the team.
We are seeking candidates who possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in communications or a similar role.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships effectively.
- Adaptability and the capacity to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in utilizing communication tools and platforms, including content management systems, graphic design software (ideally Canva), and social media scheduling systems.
