  • Coordinating the production of compelling communication materials, including annual reports, presentations, and marketing collateral.

  • Providing crucial support during crisis situations, safeguarding Venator's reputation through effective communication strategies.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador for Venator, guiding colleagues on maintaining brand consistency and adherence to established guidelines.

  • Embracing and promoting a positive values-based culture within the team.

We are seeking candidates who possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in communications or a similar role.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships effectively.
  • Adaptability and the capacity to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in utilizing communication tools and platforms, including content management systems, graphic design software (ideally Canva), and social media scheduling systems.
