Your new role
You will be solely responsible for running the existing project on a day-to-day basis, including liaising with our external support consultants and executing all reporting requirements identified by the relevant internal teams. • Build and then deliver all reporting outputs within our Planful system and take a lead role in defining the process for BAU business reporting.
  • Lead the workstream on financial planning - collaborate with Finance, Operations and Development teams to redefine existing budget and forecast requirements and then identify and execute the best approach for taking this from current excel-based files to a fully operational, automated Planful solution.
  • Support and initiate further project workstreams, including our complicated workforce planning processes and the onboarding of other APIs, such as our HR IS (Cezanne)
  • Create and maintain technical documentation related to the Planful implementation and configuration
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation
  • Provide support and training to end-users including training the Finance team to be superusers

Desired experience:
