As a Telesales Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong relationships with both new and existing clients. Based in Yorkshire, you’ll be responsible for managing accounts, promoting our product range, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious sales professional with a love for the brewing industry.
This role will require 5 days per week in the office.
The Telesales Account Manager responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring consistent order flow and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and target new business opportunities to grow our client base within the designated territory.
- Promote the full range of our brewery’s products to potential and existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in pubs, restaurants, and retailers.
- Provide expert advice and product recommendations tailored to client needs.
- Handle customer queries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a seamless sales process.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Regularly report on sales performance and market feedback to the sales manager.
- Work closely with the marketing and distribution teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and marketing materials.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and brewery events as required.
The ideal Telesales Account Manager Candidate:
- Proven experience in telesales, account management, or a similar sales role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach with a keen eye for detail.
