We are currently looking to recruit an Inspection Delivery Coordinator to complement our Operations Team based in Aberdeen. The successful candidate will have sound technical knowledge of the Asset Integrity process, planning and execution of In-Service Inspection & NDT methodologies in support of Asset Reliability and Integrity programmes.


Primary role responsibility shall include acting as CAN’s first point of contact for the client Integrity Engineers, Integrity Management and Structural Integrity Management contractors and subcontracted services in relation to the enactment activities for Integrity related work scopes on the assigned Assets. This will include liaison with onshore operations and engineering teams, site management and logistics to ensure readiness for scope enactment of both planned and emergent works in accordance with the client planning and scheduling process.


The Inspection Delivery Coordinator shall have overall responsibility for technical work scope review including Cost, Time and Resource assessment and implementation. As well as external stakeholder interfaces, key colleague interfaces will include those with the Project Delivery Manager, Project Coordinator, Project Engineers, Project Planners and Assistants.


This role is a full-time position working Monday to Friday; overtime may be required as well as offshore and nationwide travel as part of the role.


Candidates should possess the following skills:


Required Skills/Experience:


  • Further education in an engineering related discipline advantageous
  • In-Service Plant Inspection qualifications preferred (ASME/API) however formal Inspection/NDT qualifications and significant oil and gas Industry experience (on/offshore pressure systems & structures applications) will also be considered positively
  • Ability to demonstrate knowledge of leadership and project management principles and possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.


This is a key, client facing role and a high degree of interaction with both CAN internal and third party external stakeholders to collectively deliver a first class Integrity and Inspection service.


Candidates should live within commuting distance of CAN’s Aberdeen Office and hold a full UK Driving Licence.
