Position Summary: As a Hardware Electronics Engineer with us, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing safety-critical hardware electronic solutions throughout the entire development lifecycle. Working in accordance with industry standards and customer requirements, you'll ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and cost-effective hardware solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate system requirements into clear hardware design requirements.
  • Design, analyse, commission, and verify analogue and digital circuits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet hardware level requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of system architectures.
  • Support production introduction of new products and handle component obsolescence issues.


Product Hardware Verification & Qualification:

  • Plan, generate, and perform hardware verification plans and procedures.
  • Support hardware qualification activities.
  • Design and verify equipment test solutions.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor鈥檚 degree in electronic engineering or equivalent.
  • 6+ years of experience in Hardware Electronic Engineering.


Essential Skills:

  • Experience in hardware electronic design.
  • Proficiency in engineering documentation management and hardware verification.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Leadership experience.


Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Cadence OrCAD, Allegro PCB Editor, pSpice.
  • Familiarity with TI Hercules and NXP iMX6 families of microcontrollers.
  • Knowledge of RTCA DO254 / EUROCAE ED-80 and DO160 / EUROCAE ED-14.
  • Awareness of Avionic data buses such as ARINC-429, MIL-1553, AFDX.
  • Experience with lean design techniques.


Working Interfaces: You will collaborate closely with design leads, project managers, and cross-functional teams including systems, safety, software, and mechanical engineers.
