Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely and support our recruitment consultants in identifying and engaging with qualified candidates for executive-level positions. The ideal candidate will have excellent research skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality talent solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various online platforms, databases, and networking tools to identify and attract potential candidates for executive-level roles.
  2. Candidate Engagement: Reach out to candidates via phone, email, and social media to introduce opportunities and assess their suitability for specific roles.
  3. Candidate Screening: Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and fit for client requirements.
  4. Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our internal database, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  5. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to support recruitment strategies and decision-making.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment consultants to understand client requirements and provide support throughout the recruitment process.
  7. Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate assessments, and managing candidate communication to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
  8. Performance Tracking: Monitor and track candidate sourcing activities, pipeline metrics, and key performance indicators to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong research and sourcing skills, with the ability to identify and engage with passive candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using online recruitment platforms, social media, and other sourcing tools.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the consumer, technology, or sports industries is advantageous but not essential.


Location: Remote (Candidates based anywhere within the United Kingdom are welcome to apply)


Salary: £24,000 based on experience, plus uncapped performance-based incentives OTE £30,000+.
