Job Summary:


Pulse is seeking a seasoned Head of Project Management for the UK & EMEA region. This role is crucial for overseeing the successful delivery of large-scale, multi-faceted marketing campaigns across live entertainment partnerships. As a key leader, you’ll ensure our projects meet client expectations, are delivered on time, and align with Pulse’s strategic objectives. You’ll manage a team of project managers and work closely with the founder, internal departments, contractors, agencies, clients, and partners to drive excellence in execution.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Leadership and Strategy: Lead the UK & EMEA project management team, ensuring all projects align with Pulse’s goals and client needs.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee end-to-end project delivery, from planning and budgeting to execution and post-project analysis.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, creative, and operations teams to ensure seamless project integration and delivery.
  • Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for high-level clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously refine project management processes to improve efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks in projects and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.


Qualifications:


  • Experience: 8+ years in marketing partnerships project management, with a significant portion of that time in a leadership role, ideally within the live entertainment or brand partnership sectors.
  • Skills: Strong organisational skills with a proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects across multiple regions.
  • Leadership: Experience in leading and developing high-performing project management teams.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Media Knowledge: Experience managing media campaigns, with a solid knowledge base of media language and campaign logistics.
  • Regional Experience: Experience managing projects across the UK & EMEA region.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the live entertainment and brand partnership industries.
