A well-known and award wining studio in West London are looking for a driven and self motivated individual to run their front of house. You will ensure the smooth running of the studio including looking after facilities and being the first point of reference for any visitors to the studio.


This could be a temp to perm opportunity if you are available immediately.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors
  • Manage the studio wide diary and ensure meeting areas are prepared
  • Distribute post and deliveries and liaise with couriers
  • Order stationery and maintain sufficient stock of regularly required items
  • Log office equipment and where appropriate the relevant loan procedures
  • Coordinate and maintain the archiving system
  • Assist the HR Manager with any facilities management issues
  • Daily point of contact for facilities contracts ie cleaners
  • Oversee studio cleaning and that FOH standards are maintained
  • Manage and maintain the studio contacts database
  • Maintain the office manual and Disaster Recovery Procedures in liaison with the HR Manager
  • Ad hoc duties as required

Skills and Experience

  • Prior experience in a similar role, ideally having dealt with facilities coordination
  • An interest in design and architecture
  • Excellent phone manner and impeccable communication skills
  • A can do attitude
  • Self driven and able to work autonomously
  • Microsoft Office skills
