**Location: Victoria**
**Duration: Temporary ongoing, Full time**
**Pay: £11-12phr**
Are you looking for a new administrative/front-of-house role? Do you have a great eye for detail and a can-do attitude? If so this role could be for you.
**Basic duties of the role**:
- Manage all office space requirements and liaise with the office facilities support where required.
- General office admin duties including greeting guests, coordinating deliveries, order office supplies, make general purchases and search for suppliers etc.
- Organising meetings, scheduling appointments, team calls, taking notes and arranging catering when required.
- Address employees' queries regarding office management issues.
- Plan in-house or off-site activities, e.g. company events, celebrations and team building activities, arrange weekly/business lunches, order fruits and snacks etc.
- Perform additional duties and assignments that help ensure a smooth and efficient business operations.
**What you'll need**:
- Experience within a reception or front-of-house role
- Strong admin skills
- Attention to detail and proactive
- Strong communication skills and organisation
- Experience within Administration/Reception is desirable
