The Role:
As the Head of Integrated Production, you’ll spearhead the strategy and vision for all production efforts within a key client team. Your leadership will unify a talented production team, bringing together expertise across creative, art buying, design, digital, and delivery departments to create seamless, end-to-end production solutions.
Your role will involve defining and aligning the team's production strategy, streamlining workflows, and maximizing the potential of both internal and external partnerships. You will have ultimate accountability for the production outputs of this particular client, ensuring high-quality, innovative solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
Key Areas of Focus:
- Creative Partnership:
- Collaborate closely with Executive Creative Directors and Creative Teams to implement best-in-class production practices.
- Build strong relationships with creative leadership to enhance creative output and craftsmanship.
- Ensure top-tier execution of creative concepts across all projects.
- Content Innovation:
- Drive the evolution of our content production model, with a focus on social-first content.
- Innovate in casting, content creation, and production processes, integrating social-first thinking and ensuring premium quality in all moving content.
- Enhance and further develop existing Content Production Hubs to meet modern content demands.
- Innovation & Sustainability:
- Champion innovation across all aspects of production, from casting to team integration.
- Align production practices with sustainability goals, ensuring eco-friendly approaches are at the forefront of our work.
- Commercial Leadership:
- Take charge of financial planning, forecasting, and managing the production team as a profitable cost center.
- Identify staffing efficiencies, resolve utilization challenges, and ensure all productions are delivered on budget and on time.
- Develop a deep understanding of the client’s commercial model to drive financial success.
- Team & Network Management:
- Oversee a diverse team, including design, social implementation, and production specialists.
- Foster a positive team culture, support career progression, and ensure the team is structured for success.
- Maintain high standards of quality and revenue, working closely with creative leaders, PMO, business leads, suppliers, and internal studios.
- Lead the production team with a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of work.
- Client Engagement:
- Effectively communicate the vision and capabilities of the production team to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with client production stakeholders, including procurement and AdPro teams, to drive additional revenue and creative output.
What We’re Looking For:
- Extensive experience leading multi-skilled integrated production teams across TV, content, stills, social, and digital.
- Proven track record of delivering creative, culturally relevant solutions to complex problems.
- Strong people management skills, capable of inspiring and leading teams at all levels.
- A solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to manage conflicting deadlines and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
- Financial acumen, with experience in managing budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
- A commitment to innovation, diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of production.
