Our client Hinch Distillery, are looking for an Global Sales Director to bring their portfolio of Whiskey & Gin brands to the next level in global markets.


The Role:


  • The International Sales Director will take ownership of the development and execution of a commercial strategy for the Distillery.


  • To be an active leader within the Management Team, contributing to the strategy, direction & performance of the overall business


  • Alongside the Managing Director ensure that Hinch Distillery meets its profitability targets


  • To develop and deliver a commercial vision, aligning sales with marketing to achieve clear company goals and objectives


  • To lead a highly effective international Sales function that has measurable objectives, regular reviews of performance and the opportunities to develop skills and careers


  • To develop and deliver a commercial vision, aligning sales and marketing to clear company goals and objectives


  • Focus on development of key international target markets


  • Full management of Sales region P&L’s and oversight of key commercial contractual arrangements


Experience required:


  • 10 Years senior leadership & management experience


  • A solid background in leading international teams


  • Substantial time within a respected, blue-chip type branded organisation and experience in both mass market Brands and Super-Premium/Luxury Brands


  • Further experience gained in a medium sized, more entrepreneurial businesses an advantage


  • Proven track record of driving significant branded growth through clear execution of commercial strategies in domestic and international markets


This role is flexible on location.
